How We Engage
Building or Renovating
We come in early and work alongside your architect and general contractor through every phase — concept, specification, FF&E sourcing, and installation oversight. One principal stays on the project from first concept to final delivery, so nothing falls through a handoff. For pre-construction teams, that means the interiors scope is handled by someone who's been in the room since the beginning.

Updating an Existing Property
Older properties are competing against everything new going up across Naples and Fort Myers. The amenity spaces, lobbies, dining rooms, and shared areas are what members, residents, and guests actually judge you on — and they're usually the cheapest thing to fix relative to what they protect. We modernize those spaces so an established property holds its ground and keeps the people it already has.
